Income Tax Department — pan not found on e-filing and zerodha

Yesterday (29.03.2019), i received my e-pan. However, when i tried to open an account on zerodha trading, it showed "pan not found". Then i tried to verify my pan number on income tax e-filing website but again it showed "no recrods founds".

Moreover, these are the only two platforms where i used my pan. So i am assuming it won't work at other places also.

Income tax e-filing website issue resolved. However, on zerodha, it still shows "PAN NOT FOUND".
