This is to inform you that the my husband's pan card no. Aezpl0742d sent by post awb ea[protected]in got returned because of person who came to deliver. Even he dint come to delivered that particular card. He just shouted on me ones that he is unable to find the address which was very simple just 10 steps from metro pillar no. 703, & disconnected the call i called him several times he dint pick the call. Finally when he picked up the call i said sorry for the inconvenience then again he shouted on me again & stated that collect it tomorrow from post office again disconnected call. Then i called again to ask which office i need at least address. Then after he said in very rude volume metro pillar no. 757. I said ok will collect. We both are working so unable to collect for 1 day or 2 but when we went there on 3rd day it was already sent back now my problem is that i don't know how to get it again. The person who called me from post office his contact no. Is [protected]. I am very upset ones when talked to me like that now when i am unable to get that pan card of my husband. My pan card No. BNHPP4101L. I got it in the year 2010. I tried to verify my pan card now in e-filing portal(under "Know you Pan card"). When i entered all the details correctly, it shows no records found.
Please resolve this issue asap, I am facing issues for acquiring the other documents, for which I have given pan card as proof.
