[Resolved]  Indane — Cash memo of 24x7 phone booking cancelled

My consumer no. is 38300330. Refill has been booked with memo no.685476 thru 24x7 phone call system has been registered on 13th December, 2013. I received a message saying cash memo generated against this on[protected]. Again today i.e.,[protected], I got a message saying cash memo cancelled. No reasons have been indicated. This is the second incident of similar nature. Atleast, it is their minimum duty to let us know the reasons if any sothat precautions can be taken next time. On calling up on toll free complaint no., they asked us to contact the local gas agency which never picks up the call. new refill booking is also not being allowed saying your cash memo cancelled.
