Indane — Change of Consumer Name

Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I have an Indane connection (Consumer No: 2954) in the name of my father, who has expired. Now I want to change the name from Late Ganga Prasad Banerjee to my wife’s name Mrs Sipra Banerjee. Moreover whenever I requested my Indane Dealer, named United Novelties & Gas Supply Co (Distributor Code No:[protected]; Address: Bagbazar Station Road, Chandannagore -712136, Hooghly, West Bengal, he has directly or indirectly asked for money. I will be highly obliged if you kindly inform me the procedure to change the name at the earliest otherwise as per distributor’s information the Indane connection will be disconnected by 31st March 2015.
