Indane — CN. 14968, Booked Gas cylender & cash memo no. [protected] but cylender is note received till now

Dear Sir/Madam, With Ref of Consumer no. 14968 in the name of Rajender singh Yadav, I booked my cylender as on 01.02.15 and cash memo is no is [protected] dt. 04.02.15 but we had not received any cylender till now I am continue visiting my Gas Agency Shri Radha Govind Gas Services, Kailash Nagar, Delhi -31 ( Code[protected] they are telling your reciept is not received. I face much problems due to gas cylender. I submited all my relevend documents and I goted the subsidy amt of Rs 290.68 as on 19.01.2015.
