Indane — Consumers being forces to opt out of subsidy | |||
I had booked a refill on 30 dec and it was cancelled without any notice stating a server issue so I had to book another refill on 15 jan and till now, 20 feb I havent got a refill. I have already raised a complaint on 10 feb - 1876520 after lot of follow ups on the Indabe IVR, I have just got no reasonable response. The KK gas agencies people never pick up their calls. so finally After calling the area manager I was informed that KK Indane has decided not to deliver refills until the adhar documentation is not provided or I do not opt out of subsidy. My question is simply that is the agency allowed to force the consumers in this way to submit the documentation. I have enquired about all policies and laws from govt of India regarding this and there is no policy which states that the distributor can stop supplying refills if the adhar paper work is not provided. Neither can they threat the customers to opt out of subsidy. Why is KK Indane trying to justify its SLA breach by blaming it on the consumer Agencies: KK Indane enterprises Was this information helpful? | |||
