Indane — Cylinder not delivered even after 20 days

I ordered refilling on 13th Feb 2015 and I have not received cylinder till now. Whenever I call the distributor(K K Indane Halasuru, Bangalore:[protected] they don't pick the call. I called the delivery person also and he is telling cash memo has not been generated yet.I complained about this on [protected] on 23-Feb-2015 but there is no resolution yet. I have already got advance subsidy in my bank account.
