Indane — Cylinder not delivered on it's time

I booked the cylinder for refill on 26. 06. 2015 8. 08 pm with ref no. 241585. When i contact the gas delivery person on 28. 06. 2015, which mob no is [protected] he tell me that gas will be dilivered shortly in one or two hour but gas not provided and daily i call the person for delivery but he is cheating and today till 02. 06. 2015 he is not delivered the cylinder. So concirn it and solve the customer's problem.
