I have book acylinder against booking no - [protected] on date - 06.02.2015. On date 10.02.2015 a messege displayed on my mob no - [protected] by iocl cylinder is delivered against cash memo no. - [protected].But cylinder is not delivered yet today 12.02.2015.Please do the needful and help me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for online gas booking on 09th march,
2015 for which i have not received any cylinder till now i booked two times on Dt.09 march the booking number was ref no.253995 and received a sms on Dt. 18th march of cancelation again i booked the gas on dt.18th march with Ref number:-256588 and submit all required document but again today i received a sms of canceation so till date i have not get the cylinder so this is request to you kindly do the needful other wise i ll take legal action against the agency the Agency name &amp;amp; address is MM Gas services, S.No. 17-18, Taylor Road, INA Colony, Amritsar, Punjab.[protected] &amp;amp; [protected].

I have book cylinder as on 26/06/2015 with reference no. 867563. again I have received SMS that cash memo no. [protected] generated as on 27/06/2015. but till now I have not received cylinder till now.
Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
