Indane — Defeciency and behaviour | |||
My Indane consumer No is OP39372. I booked for refill on 05.02.2015 but have not been delivered on 20.02.15 date. I on 19.02.15 visited OP Agency. The person on the window advised that booking has been cancelled but reason of cancellation not advised. I then contacted the person in the name of Sahid and he advised such query has to be dealt by front window. Mr. Sahid very reluctantly advised that my account was not linked with the Bank then. When further requested when it was linked his reply was curt and rude that he is not prepared to reveal more than that, that he has to daily deal with 400 customers . He further advised angrily that I should meet the owner, who he advised is available at 2 P.M. The behavior of the person on earlier occasions has also been rude. The Petroleum Ministry in advertisements has been advising that either provide AAdhar Card and Bank detail to the dealer or link through Bank, nowhere it has been advised that not doing so will entitle cancellation of booking. Moreover about 6 months back, I had given copy of Aadhar and Bank Account details to the dealer. Pl advised whether cancellation of booking was as per policy of Indane and that too without advising the customer. It is being advertised that delivery person will accompany with weighing scale but no person of this Agency has ever brought weighing instrument. I have returned most of the time Refill, which were under-weight. The Petroleum Ministry says that delivery of refill will be delivered the next day but I have been delivered generally after more than a week.
