Indane — Defective domestic cylinder delivered# danger to life

Hi Team, My consumer no is 0095 and i have been delivered a defective cylinder by the local gas agency (JB Gas Agency) without performing the due diligence and checking it prior to delivering to the customers. This negligence could have caused a serious loss of life and this cannot be taken for granted. This irresponsible attitude by the gas agency should be escalated and strict action needs to be taken so that in future such big eventuality and loss of life can be stopped. Regards, Consumer No: 0095
