Indane — Delay in delivery of Gas Refill - Consumer No,201721 - Harsiddhi Gas - Ahmedabad

I have booked booked a gas refill on 20.04.15.under Automated System with Ref.No.494878. I have received an SMS on 28.04.15 that Cash Memo No.[protected] has been generated & refill shall be delivered shortly.Although a period of one month has elapsed I am yet to get delivery of gas refill. Every Time the problem of delayed delivery happens with Harsiddhi Gas - Ahmedabad. I do not get gas refill unless I follow up with them telephonically for 3/4 times. TD Gohel
