Indane — Delay in delivery of refill cylinders

Sir, I have booked my cylinder on 01.08.15 but till date the cylinder has not been supplied. Most of the time I personally have to go to collect the cylinder. I don't see any change in their working culture even after repeated verbal requests. It has been two or three times when have delivered the cylinder at door steps over the past several months. Sir, I am working and there are no one else elderly person whom I can send to distributor every time for this job. Therefore I request to see this matter humanly & do the needful.
