Indane — fraud in supplying booked cylindrs

We have indane gas connection bearing consumer number CX2333750 and the agent is Anusha Gas Agency Kadirenahalli, Bangalore. Every time when we book the gas we will recive a message stating that cash memo generated but after this message we are not receiving cylinder for a long time until we go to agency and quarrel with them. This happens to 90% of the customers I dont know whether they complained or not. Iam fed up and I want to approach consumer court. Before this I want to see whether This complaint works or not. If we quarrel also they are telling us to get the agency transfer. This time my cash memo number is i[protected] dated 25-02-15. Today is 4-03-15 and we have not yet received the cylinder. Hoping for a justice from your end
