Indane Gas — Cancellation of my booking without any notice...

Sir/ madam I am working at NIT Calicut and my gas distribution agency is Kunnamangalam indane gas agency. The connection is in my mother's name. (consumer no.-28616) The booking made on 9-December-2014, with the booking number - 498271 was cancelled without any notice. On contacting the agency they say it was because of some software problem. This has become a regular issue with this agency. We are forced to go to the agency by an auto, stand in the queue and get the new cylinder by ourselves. I request the authorities to please take stringent action in this regard. It is highly inconvenient to waste one whole working day standing in the queue there. I do suspect some malpractice there.
