Indane — Gas dilivered to wrong address 4 times in a row

Hi Sir, Since last 4 months I have been booking gas refill over the phone and then after 20 days or so I get the SMS that the gas has been delivered however it has been not and after that when I contact the Cargo distributor the person in charge says to contact the delivery boy. I contact the delivery boy and he says he did it by mistake and i received this kind of reply four times in four months. Moreover even after following up the delivery boy named(Chotka) takes it very casually and switches of the phone most of the times. Its my request to you, kindly look into this matter on a serious note and resolve this issue which is continuing for 4 months now.
