Indane Gas — emergency service 1906 unresponsive

My lpg cylinder is leaking gas, i attempted to call 1906 on 27.06.2019 at 0800hrs more than a dozen times but did not receive any response. Afterwards i called indane gas customer care at [protected] and they insisted i call 1906 instead, i told them that 1906 was unresponsive and demanded that they send a technician from their end, they were able to comply and provided me a complaint no. 872846 on 0839hrs.
