I am not getting my gas subsidy in bank account from last 2 times. Before i have received my subsidy in my bank of baroda account. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

My consumer number is 17062, Kolkata. Booking Ref. No. 902751, Cash Memo No. [protected], Cash Memo Date 14 Dec. 2017, I call Delivery boy, but ignore to deliver the gas at time, still saturday 16th. December 2017 not delivered the gas, I am in very trouble. Do something needful, Thanks. There were no weight machine to satisfy customer.
