Indane — Gas not delievered on time

The worst gas agency i have ever seen in my life. Madhvi Indane Gas Agency, hyderabad does not have any proper work flow. Since from last three months, i am facing the same issue again and again. i use to book the gas through IVRS, however never use to get any cash memo generated for this. Not even a single contact no provided in the booklet works. No body picks up the call. Toll free no. does not provide any support. The staffs are not trained properly. They dont even know how to talk. I need to rush to the office in person to request the gas.'The office itself is such a pathetic place that it is very tough for a women to reach to the counter.
