[Resolved]  Indane — Improper handling of Indane gas refilling

My Indane customer reference number is cx11989184, I book my refill on 14th Sep 2014, I got a estimated date of delivery as 28th Sep 2014 . Today on 27th I got a message stating that my booking is cancelled with no reason . There is no way I could contact my provider ( Sri Vishnu indane gas agency, Whitefield ) . I tried dialing the toll free number of Indane to file a complain and guess what the number is out of service . Are you serious . This is insane . There is no way customer can provide feedback . I am definitely going to switch my provider to something else and I think this need to considered seriously . Govt should do an audit of the process . Kindly help . I need to know why my booking was cancelled . Is Indane not having enough cylinder for customer . If no then why are they taking additional booking request . I pay 30% of my salary as Tax and if this is the service I receive then I am truly shame full.
