[Resolved] Indane — Indane cylender leakage issue | |||
I have recently book indane gas service and when i received my first cylinder with indane there is a leakage issue with that cylinder and the cylinder was empty with in 25 days even we did not use as such so i booked another indane cylinder that has the same issue so i called service man to check two times and found gas was leakage from the cylinder (Not from regulator or burner) but issue was not resolved and my second cylinder also empty with in 25 to 30 days Was this information helpful? | |||

- How can you know instantly the kind of leakages of the type observed above?
- what about only old people in the house as customers? how will they be able to handle such things?
- MORE THAN THE CYLINDER NOT LASTING FOR MORE- WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS ANY EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT???
WHY CANT IOC MAKE IT A HABIT AND INTRODUCE A PROCESS OF CHANGING THE WASHER/GASKET EVERY TIME THE CYLINDER IS FILLED = IF THEY ANOTHER Rs 2/- IS ANYONE GOING TO QUESTION.
TYPICAL LETHARGY IN SOLVING ISSUES BY THE ROOT CAUSE THAN BLAMING THE CUSTOMER.(whenever we ask the distributor, he does not take any responsibility- simply they say complaint to the 'Gas leak; phone no??
