Indane — Inefficient/corrupted distributor

Would request you to treat this matter on an urgent basis. I booked the gas cylinder on 12th Jan 2015 - booking no.37567 &registration no.493435 I have been hearing from the old distributor o[censored]ttam nagar, that the delay of gas cylinder from Indane godown not from there end. after 5 more days they promised that he got the cylinder & will install asap but after 23 days i still have no cylinder and their phone is off... I strongly belive that there is some illiegal activities going on, they sell cylinders in black...
