Indane — Is Indane service only for Aadhar customers?

According to the recorded message on the IVR booking system, as of April 21, 2015, the distributor BP Agencies in Trivandrum has delivered for bookings up to March 3, 2015. 2. When I went to the agency to find out why I have not got my cylinder, the distributor informed me that I cannot get refill because I have not provided Aadhar number. 3. I informed that I have not provided Aadhar number as I do not want the subsidy. 4. The distributor responded that Indian Oil is not providing cylinders to those who have not given Aadhar number.
