We have booked for Refilling from NATARAJ ENTERPRISES, YELAHANKA, with our Consumer Number 68299 (Lakshmi K. Moorthy) on 16.10.[protected] . For that Cash Memo is generated [protected] on 26.10.2014. But still we have not received the refill cylinder till date. Our attempt to Call the Agency office is waste and wasted our Phone currency also. If they are not able to lift the calls and attend why they have Agency office. Many times this had happeed earlier also.
