N T Consumer Number: CX3406951 Indane Distributor: KUTHUPARAMBA GAS AGENCY Booking Reference Number - 900077 Cash Memo Number - [protected] Cash Memo Date - 24 Jun, 2015 Order no: [protected] Booking was made on 18 May 2015 and the actual date of delivery is 25 June 2015 The bill shows an amount of Rs 658 but the delivery person demanded Rs 690 The delivery date is way too late for a family of four to adjust with On top of that we are being charged extra for reasons we are unaware of There is no transparency in the the process at all We keep paying amounts which we are not sure are subsidized or not The long wait and lack of transparency are frustrating Please look into the issue and respond immediately Thank you Was this information helpful?
