Indane LPG — Failed transaction amount not yet refunded

I had booked my Indane LPG through BHIM App on 7 th March 2024 at 8.47am with transaction I'd[protected] with amount of Rs.939 with SBI bank. It was failed during the payment and money was deducted. It was not refunded till date. I had checked with my bank also. They had replied that, the money had reached the merchant(indane LPG). Hence I request you to refund the amount deducted. Thank you.
