[Resolved]  Indane — Misbehaviour and cheating by gas supplier

My name is murugan and son of swaminathan, our indane customer number is - 85209 Our Gas cylinder was not delivered to us but we received an sms saying cylinder delivered to us when it is actually not delivered to us because our cylinder was sold to some other by SID-MA Agency. After registering the complaint, the SID-MA Agency supplier came and delivered the half filled cylinder which was already used by some one else. When we asked for the new one, the supply man used the abusing language and scolded us. Later when we said we will complaint about this, he gave the new cylinder but kept it far away from my home and went. The cylinder was not delivered to home. Kindly i request the officers to take necessary action on the SID-MA agency company and the supply man who made us to suffer a lot for more than 13 days to get the cylinder and threatened us
