1. Please refer to my customer No CX 7503009 and complaint No 160783 at toll free Number ie[protected].
2. I lodged a complaint at 2120h on 02 Nov 2014 regarding gas cyl leaking, and your attendant told me that complaint will be rectified within 2-4hours. On reminding after 10h, your call centre attendant Mr Sunil replied me that technician has rectified my complaint.
3. Even lapse of 10h, neither complaint is rectified nor any technician visited at my home.
4. Sir/Madam, I request you to look into the matter and serious steps may please be taken against defaulters, so that unwanted incidents can be avoided in future. Was this information helpful? |
