Indane — non-delivery of cylinder

I am a customer of Indian oil and my customer no. is 809466 and sv no. is [protected]. The name of the distributor is Agniraj, Siliguri, W.B.I had booked a gas cylinder through SMS on 25.11.2014. But I have not received the cylinder till date. Please do the needful and arrange to deliver the cylinder at the earliest.

* My (consumer No.: 30993 & LPG ID[protected] booking (Ref. No.: 652131) for gas cylinder is registered on 13/12/2014.
* The message "Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 652131, shall be delivered shortly" came on 18/01/2015
* The message "your cly is delivered against cash memo no. [protected]" on 19/01/2015.
* My Mrs. physically contacted with Modern Gas Agency, Bally, Howrah, W.B. on 04/02/2015 because of not receiving of their land phone[protected] / 2662) in this period at several time.
* They assured the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow i.e. 05/02/0215.
* Till now the cylinder is not delivered

Please look into the matter.

I am Nirmal Chandra Mandal LPG customer ID[protected]CX5502571) applied for transfrer of my connection from Unique Gas Service Barrackpore 24 Pgs, to Dakshin Hanumanta NagarIndane Gramin Vitarak as I settled at Village Hari Royer Chawk, P.O. Bhagwangola after my retirement.
I have submitted my termination voucher No.[protected] dated 20/02/2015 on 24/02/2015 along with cash of Rs.3750/- and also KYC documents, passport photos etc. but the distributor returned the TV on 03/03/2015 showing the reason that TV data not found.
I am not getting the cylinder or regulator but SMS received on 25/02/2015 that cash Memo No. [protected] generated for booking No.[protected] and LPG ID[protected].
Therefore, I request the four of taking necessary action into the matter immediately.

Sir/Madam, My consumer no. is 40359 & Distributors Name is Pal gas Service. I booked for Gas Ref.316299 dated 07.04.2015, Cancelled of my Booking on dt. 27.04.2015. After that I have called to agency so many times but no response received. I have not received cylinder till Date 04.05.15. I have to face many problems, so plz short out my problem. Thanks.
