Indane — Non delivery of cylinder on time . Delay is always more than 20 days every time i book

Consumer no. cx10157823 I have raised a complaint on toll free number one week back still no response.complaint no is 2093283. I have booked a cylinder on 10th April 2015 and till date it is not delivered i.e 4 May 2015 .I keep calling Gajanan enterprise Bangalore but they never deliver though they tell it will get delivered today every time.
