Indane — non delivery of gas cylinder against booking

Dear Sir i have booked a cylinder on 31 dec 2014 and got confirmation sms on 3jan 15 with cash memo no-[protected]. today is 28 jan and iam still awaiting for the cylinder. when i asked gas agency(captain gas agency) regarding this they simply told me to ask vendor where they have already given the slip. when i contacted vendor they directed again me to gas agency. nobody is replying properly and eventually made me just like pendulum without solution. iam still to get my booked cylinder and agency people have become deaf. so request you to kindly help in this regard. my details as below MANOJ KUMAR PHONE NO-[protected], [protected] CONSUMER NO-CX8873142 GAS AGENCY NAME- CAPTAIN GAS AGENCY, PRATAP VIHAR GHAZIABAD
