Indane — non delivery of gas/vender irregular visit

my name shamim ashraf khan. consumer # 20655, the vender never visit on time after 1 week he say to have another coupon forsupply .as example i had a coupon #[protected] cash memo #[protected] order #[protected] dated 07/01/2014, till todate it been not delivered.i am 58 yrs old man, if it will not delivered till 14 of this month, i have to go back to them again to get another coupon.our service provider gas agency detail. GODAVRI GAS SERVICES, DONAR.DARBHANGA.846004.THEIR AGENCY #[protected].IT RINGS BUT NEVER BEEN ANSWERED.ONCE U VISIT THEM, THEY WILL ASK TO CALL &COMPLAIN BUT IT NEVER MATERLISED.PLZ LOOK INTO THE MATTER & TRY TO RESOLVED THE MATTER WITH AGENCY.THEY R VERY ARROGANT, SERVICE IS WORST.
