Indane — Non home delivery of indane domestic lpg (Subsidized)

I.a consumer of Indane LPG for domestic uses bearing consumer Id [protected] & residing at Gairkata Mouza under the Indane distributor Shanti Gas Service P.O. Binnaguri Dist. Jalpaiguri (W.B.), beg to inform you that the consumers of this locality have to wait for day long to get the refilled cylinder with uncertainty on every Mon, Wed& Friday at the premises of the Gairkata Reading Club.On some days consumers have to go back home without cylinder due to shortage of cylinders or for not sending the truck without giving any information by the distributor. Employees of Shanti Gas Service collect a cash amount of Rs.430/_ per cylinder without giving any proper Cash Memo/Receipt which in my opinion is highly suspicious.In view of the above, wanting to know about the entitlement of home delivery of cylinders with proper receipt for the consumers of this locality.
