Indane — NON RECEIPT OF LPG REFILL CYLINDER

Sir / Madam, I (Sandip Roy) have booked refill cylinder on 3rd May 2015 at 9.44 pm, bearing the consumer no --- CX17948500, of M/s Radharaman Gas Service, with booking reference no[protected] . Then suddenly the booking reference no has been changed to --- [protected] dated 20th May 2015 at 00 hrs 00 min 00sec. & later on a SMS was received that the booking done on 3rd May stands cancelled. Also to note that all the above have been duly complained to the Indane customer complaint cell but all are in vain. Also I am attaching the snap shots from the indane web site which can be duly proved. My family is in great trouble in want of Cooking LPG Gas.
