My self senior citizen 75yrs age is being mentally tortured by your authorities of agency State Govt Emp Corp Co-op Store Ltd., Court compound, Burdwan ph no [protected].I booked for refill gas on 30/4/15 ref no.234131.This is June 2015 and yet I havent received the cylinder..The agency authorities are mentally torturing me, sometimes saying that I have to go there personally to pick up or sometimes no gas available .I had even complained on your toll free no.Com no 2162358 dt 30/5/15 but no use.How long will I be harrassed ? the delivery man comes and demands hefty amount .Pls resolve this urgently. kumud ranjan ray cons no.sg12780 ph no.[protected]
