Indane — non receipt of subsidy in bank account

My consumer Id is[protected] and my gas connection no is 19938 and my distributor name is M/S Shankar Gas Service Madhyamgram, kolkata-700129. I have booked my gas on 26.01.2015 and received gas on 28.01.2015 but I have not yet received any subsidy in my Bank account though my account is already registered and I received meessage in my mobile no.
