Indane — None supply of gas booked since 11th Jan'15 till today(21.02.15)

Sir my Consumer No. is T02158 with M/S Radharaman Gas Service, 72, Gangapuri, Kolkata-700093 and i booked my gas on 11th Jan'2015 with ref.no.821851. Again i received a new ref.no[protected] on 4th feb'15 against the same booking. On 15th feb i gat the msg that cashmemo generated no. [protected] but till today gas has not been delivered to me. plz. look in to the matter as more than one half month passed
