Indane — On Line LPG Refill Booking not accepted. Reg

I am an IOC LPG Customer. My customer No is CX1308380 and LPG ID is[protected] and my Agency is Vaishnavi Enterprises, No2, 2nd Main, Surabhi Layout, Yelahanka Old Town, Banglore 560064.I have last issued LPG Cylinder on 01.03.2015 from the above agency. But till now no subsidy of the same cylinder received and booking not accepted . I have already completed all formalities of the Adhar No and Bank A/C No to the Agency and SBI bank also.I approached frequently to the above Gas Agency but, they did not give a satisfactory answer or solution of the booking problem.
