Indane — Other person booking my Gas and taking delivery without my knowledge and consent.

After transfer, I am unable to book my Gas from my above mobile. some other persons are booking my Gas and taking delivery. Subsidy is credited to my account. Distributor is insisting me to pay them subsidy amount. Some one might have registered his Mobile No.in my account. Pl. check and make arrangement to register my above mobile No. in my a/c. so that I can book Gas from my above Mobile ph. and punish the miscreants.
