Indane — our indane gas distributor is not give me proper service

Our distributor is give me answer is our head office not give me document clear subject about submit aadhaar card and ctc customer topic. my consumer no.cx9187543 and I am full document submit our distributor office.my last booking date : - 16/01/2015 and ref no. 239608. But till date I am not receive my reffil. i compalint about this topic for at office. and today my house postion is i have no reffil for any work. so pls give me reply as soon as urgent
