Indane — Refund of lpg subsiddy amount | |||
Dear Sir, Myself Jat Puranmal Kishanlal, mobile no- [protected] is regular customer of Indane Gas with consumer no[protected]. Sir as i have submitt the ID proff and bank account no. and the required document for the dtbl scheme . but as my account no was given and at tanu Agency. they have entered wrong account no. and my refund was not done in my account no. since last 5 times and the i enquired the reason the manager told that it was by mistake entered and he wrote letter and told me to go to bank as it is transferred in another account the bank person will transfer that amount to your account as i enquired in bank they told this is not valid no. again i went to manager of tanu gas agency he told now i cannot do anything i went to him for 6-7 times as i am a businessman i leave my business and from last one week i am suffering and manager is directly telling now it is not possible. sir pls tell me what to do as my refund has not been done for last 5 Subsidy cylinders as he had given letter and told only three refund will be done and he tells govt. ihas not given to you other refunds . is it so? i didnt understand how can one bank have different digit account no. same branch with same name.the letter and statement i am attaching. so please refund my whole amount of dated from 23-02-15 to 18-06-15 . i have been visited 9-10 time to agency so pls help us.As manger always talks rudely so i have come to you . so please with your help only it is possible sir . i hope my toatal amount will be refunded soon.
