Indane — Regarding non delivery of LPG Cylinder on my communication address

I, Janki Devi R/o 15/58, Sant Nagar, Burari having indane consumer number 45273 had booked by Indane LPG Cylinder on dated 21.12.2014 vide cash memo no. [protected], that is issued from last 4 day's but, till now I have not received it on my communication address mentioned above. without having LPG we are facing many difficulties.
