[Resolved]  Indane — Regarding Subscription Voucher missing

Sir/Madam My mother in law Smt. Rajkumri Bhatia's LPG connection no-G1783 andshe is a customer of M/s Gas &Gadgets, Gole Market, Mahanagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh since 1969. I have lost my Subscriprition voucher no-802103. I have given an affidavit for this in 1987 but duplicate voucher was not issued. Now I have shifted my house from C-43 Paper Mill Colony, Nishatganj to 4/486 Vijaynat Khand, Gomtinagar, Lucknow. For shifting the connection, I have told by the agency that I have to give new affidavit for this. Please help me out of it. Thanking your
