I have applied for second cylinder in August, 2014. I got confirmation in November 2014 but still second cylinder not being issued to me. I went to agency 3-4 times but they ask to come next week.When i questioned why every time asking to come next week, they rudely replied, go and complain where ever possible as we do not have stock so we can not do anything.
