Indane — Taking Unauthorized Extra Amount

My consumer no is-CX20938870, Authorised Distributor Name:- M/S Sadhanpur Aloka Indane Service, Burdwan, Distributor code:-281385. First of all from first day there all stuff's behavior is really too bad, Few days before I booked my gas through online as per process.Every time personally myself collect my gas.But Today[protected] Wednesday one delivery person came to my house and told my mother she have to received gas cylinder and have to pay Rs.690.00 (Received printed bill amount is Rs.655.00) where as from my home to distributor point distances is around 1/2 km. Delivery person threaten my mother and told if she not received then from next day they given punishment .At least they collect Extra Rs 35.00 .Please do something.We expect from your side necessary action.Do some needfull.
