Indane — too delay in gas delivery

sir, i am resident of D- BLOCK INDIRA NAGAR -1..i booked gas at 7/dec 2013 .n i ALSO got a msg dat u will recevie gas shortly. but till now i m not geting any gas cylinder.. its very hard to survive for us.. kindly.take steps towards careless delivery...i will very grateful to u i[censored] follow my request... thanking you ANITA TRIPATHI CONSUMER NO---32154
