Indane — tv out did not resolved

Dear sir, i had indane gas connection in phillaur from kartarsar agency. i am transfered in jamshedpur and for i wanted the tv out slip from them which they gave but was not legible so i told them to give a new one but they said agency guys will understand. and when i showed them here in jamshedpur they said you have to get a new one or contact them and clear it, so its been more than 20 days that i have asked them but they never replied or gave any answer at that very time. they are really bothering me but i don't know how to resolve this. so please help me sir. my previous copy number was PB 18536 in name of ajay kumar singh, noormahal road, phillaur. you can contact me on this number [protected].
