I have done a lpg gas surrender request on igl app on 17/12/2020, have received the request number-#[protected]. since then I was waiting for any responce, didnt get any. I then tried calling on the number provided-[protected]. tried it for almost a week and then finally get a chance to talk custumer executive- named Rashmi- she misbehaved and gave none information about my complaint other then the sentance that it is wrong! I asked to raise a request to pick up now, she enquired till phone number and finally after some 14 minutes cut the phone without doing anything .
I want to surrender my connection ant to avail pick up service as I am not able to carry cylinders to the agency. it has been now more then a month . Was this information helpful? |
