Independent TV — channels not showing

I have taken 1year pack and starting 2 months all channel was there but from previous few day not getting many channels in my subscription pack.
Eg. None of the star network channels are coming, no sports channels are coming.

I want refund otherwise channels please solve my problem as soon as possible
