Independent TV — refund money

I have booked a new connection on jan 3, 2019, by paying 1999 rs and connection has not been installed yet. I have requested to refund the money i. E, 1999 rs. I have sent an email to refund the money to email id: [protected]@independenttv.in
Till now they have not refunded the money. When i call to customer care, no response from them. Simply delaying the days. Kindly help me with this.
